Tara Schlosser 

 

Tara Schlosser, RAD RTS graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, a minor in Theater, and a minor in Business Administration. Tara holds her Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies and is a  Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance. Tara began her dance training at a very young age; she studied the Royal Academy of Dance syllabi and completed her Advanced 1 Vocational Examination.  While attending SRU, Tara had the honor of being the President of the Dance Honorary, Sigma Rho Delta. She was also involved in the Honors Program, SRU Dance Theatre, and the Kaleidoscope Arts Festival. In the summer of 2013, she completed an internship at Pittsburgh Center for the Arts as a Teaching Assistant. Tara had the opportunity to perform an original piece choreographed by Ursula Payne. She is very excited to share her passion and commitment to the performing arts with her students and the community around Mt. Airy.
